M&E (Thailand) Co., Ltd. provides accounting, tax, payroll, company registration, business advisory, visa, and work permit services in Thailand. All services are subject to separate written agreements or engagement letters.

Information on this Website is for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. A formal engagement agreement must be signed before services are provided.

Service fees are defined in separate agreements. Government fees are payable separately.

Clients must provide accurate and timely information and review submitted documents. We are not liable for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.

We maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with Thai law and PDPA requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
